انھیں ملک کی سپریم کورٹ کے چیف جسٹس پر تنقید کرنے کی وجہ سے توہین عدالت کا مرتکب قرار دیا گيا ہے۔

نے ان وزرا پر 50 ہزار ٹکا یعنی تقریبا چھ ہزار امریکی ڈالر جرمانہ کیا ہے
جسے ادا نہ کرنے کی صورت میں انھیں جیل کی سزا کاٹنی ہوگی۔
ان وزرا
نے چیف جسٹس کی اس وقت تنقید کی تھی جب وہ ایک اعلی اسلامی رہنما کی موت
کی سزا کی سماعت کر رہے تھے۔ اسلامی رہنما پر جنگي جرائم کے الزمات تھے اور
انھیں سزائے موت سنائی گئي تھی۔ عدالت نے کہا کہ ان کے بیانات عدالت کی
کارروائی میں رخنہ ڈالنے کے مترادف تھے۔
دونوں میں سے ایک وزیر مزمل حق نے اس فیصلے کو مسترد کرتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ وہ اس پر از سر نو غور کرنے کے لیے اپیل کریں گے۔

خیال رہے کہ گذشتہ چند سالوں سے
بنگلہ دیش میں سنہ 1971 کی جنگ کے حوالے سے ٹریبیونل قائم کیا گیا ہے جس نے
کئی اسلامی رہنماؤں کی پھانسی کی سزا سنائي ہے۔

میں کم از کم 70 افراد ہلاک اور 300 کے قریب زخمی ہوئے ہیں۔ ہلاک اور زخمی
ہونے والوں میں اکثریت بچوں اور خواتین کی ہے۔
پولیس ذرائع کا کہنا
ہے کہ اتوار کی شام ہونے والا یہ حملہ بظاہر خودکش دھماکہ تھا جس کی ذمہ
داری پاکستان میں طالبان کی ایک تنظیم نے قبول کی ہے۔
بتایا گیا ہے کہ حملہ گلشن اقبال نامی پارک کے مرکزی گیٹ کے پاس ہوا جہاں سے کچھ ہی فاصلے پر بچوں کے جھولے لگے ہوئے ہیں۔
تھانہ اقبال ٹاؤن کے ایس ایچ او کے مطابق انسدادِ دہشت گردی ڈیپارٹمنٹ کی ٹیم نے جائے وقوعہ کا دورہ کیا اور شواہد اکھٹے کیے۔
انھوں نے بتایا کہ پولیس کی جانب سے لاہور کے مختلف علاقوں میں سرچ آپریشن کیے جا رہے ہیں اور اب تک 30 افراد گرفتار ہو چکے ہیں۔

کے ہمراہ لاہور پہنچے جہاں انھوں نے جناح ہسپتال میں زیرعلاج زخمیوں کی
عیادت کی۔
مقامی صحافی عاصم نصیر کے مطابق محمد نواز شریف نے جناح
ہسپتال انتظامیہ سے زخمیوں کو دی جانے والی طبی سہولتوں کے بارے میں دریافت
کیا اور ہدایت کی کہ زخمیوں کو بہترین طبی امداد فراہم کی جائے۔ جناح
ہسپتال میں سانحہ اقبال پارک کے ایک 150 سے زائد زخمی زیر علاج ہیں جن میں
26 کی حالت تشویشناک ہے۔

ہیں نے خبر رساں ادارے روئٹرز کو بتایا کہ وہ چہل قدمی کے لیے پارک میں
گئے تھے کہ اس دوران دھماکہ ہوگیا۔ وہ بتاتے ہیں کہ دھماکے کے بعد لگی آگے
کے شعلے بہت بلند تھے اور انھوں نے جسموں کو ہوا میں اڑتے ہوئے دیکھا۔
بعدازاں فوج کو پارک کا کنٹرول سھنبالنے کے لیے طلب کر لیا گیا تھا۔

فوج کے سربراہ کا کہنا ہے کہ بھائیوں، بہنوں اور بچوں کے قاتلوں کو انصاف کے کٹہرے میں کھڑا کیا جائے گا۔
خیال رہے کہ پنجاب وزیراعظم نواز شریف کی سیاسی طاقت کا مرکز ہے اور یہ ملک کا سب سے امیر صوبہ ہے۔
